Hanglass Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the Korean vocabulary learning service (the "Service") provided by Hanglass (the "App"). Any person who uses the Service (the "User") shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, any rules, guidelines, notices, or other provisions (regardless of their title) displayed within the Service shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such provisions, these Terms shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. "Operator": The party that provides and operates the Service.
  2. "Learning Data": Information generated or stored through use of the Service, including learning history, review schedules, progress records, and settings.
  3. "External Services": Third-party services used in providing the Service (e.g., authentication, data storage, advertising delivery, analytics, etc.).
  4. "Content": Vocabulary information, descriptive text, images, audio, UI, and all other material displayed or provided within the Service.

Article 3 (Content and Conditions of the Service)

The Service is intended to support the learning and review of Korean vocabulary, and provides functions such as browsing learning sets, learning, review, and progress display. The Operator may change, add to, suspend, or terminate all or part of the content of the Service without prior notice to Users.

Users shall bear the cost of any equipment, operating system, communication lines, and communication fees required to use the Service. The Operator shall not be liable for any malfunction arising from the User's usage environment.

Article 4 (Accounts and Cloud Sync)

Use of certain features of the Service (such as cloud sync) may require account creation and login through the Operator or an External Service. Users shall manage their own account information at their own responsibility and shall not allow third parties to use it.
